Large Programmes

Our consultants understand that The Executive Mapping Company exists to solve business problems. With a two-way sharing of information, we begin the process by identifying the priorities, challenges and opportunities that are unique to a client's business need. We work out what is required; sometimes the resolution will be a search but on other occasions it may not be.

We have undertaken specific projects, such as the design and creation of recruitment processes for an organisation, we have managed the recruitment function of a client organisation on an outsourced basis and we have built and run large-scale programmes, producing multiple hires, for large UK and international companies.

We have also provided general business and strategy consultancy advice to our clients, as and where necessary.
