As a career Human Resource Professional, Chris has extensive experience in line management, as well as human resource management at all levels. This was gained in various environments experiencing considerable change, initially in the leisure industry with THF and Scottish & Newcastle Breweries and latterly in the IT industry with Admiral, CMG and Logica.
Chris has specialised in Acquisition Integration, Management of Change, Executive and Senior Management Development, Psychometric Assessment, Recruitment, Succession Planning and Outplacement and brings a raft of useful skills and depth of knowledge to the search process.
