We understand that finding the right person for our clients often requires an estimate of potential. Our assessment service aims to help clients consider aspects of a potential team member's character that can guide management or, on occasion, prompt a more thorough probing in an interview.

We have many years of experience in carrying out a broad range of psychological measurement, to assess the knowledge, abilities, attitudes and personality traits of those we are recommending to our clients. We are fully accredited in the psychometric tools we use and can and have created bespoke assessment centres.
